Alzheimer’s & Dementia
Care Support
Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia can be overwhelming. Families often face difficult decisions, emotional stress, and uncertainty about where to turn for help.
At Safe at Home Senior Care, we support families through every stage of memory-related care—providing compassionate in-home support and connecting eligible families with expanded dementia resources through trusted partners. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Medicare-Covered Dementia Support
For individuals enrolled in traditional Medicare, Hotto Care services are 100% covered, including:
Ongoing care management and support
In-home safety assessments
Respite care coordinated with a home care agency
Up to 19 sessions of 4 hours each (76 hours per fiscal year)
Services reset annually on June 30
These benefits can significantly reduce the financial burden many families face when caring for a loved one with dementia.
Who May Be Eligible
Hotto Care may be an option for individuals who:
Have a diagnosis of dementia or cognitive impairment
Are enrolled in traditional Medicare
Are not currently enrolled in PACE or hospice programs
Eligibility is determined by Hotto Care. Our team can help you understand whether this program may be a good fit.
