What We Offer:
Flexible part-time and full-time schedules
(including overnight shifts—great for students or those with other jobs)Competitive starting wage: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Automatic raise after every 500 hours worked, up to $26/hour

Experience & Training:
Prior professional caregiving experience is not required, because personal caregiving experience does count.
Experience may include:
Caring for a family member or loved one
Homemaking or household support
Childcare or babysitting
Prior home care or healthcare experience
All caregivers must complete our comprehensive training program prior to providing care. We also offer ongoing education on topics such as:
Fall prevention
Dementia and memory care
Hospice and end-of-life support
Safety and abuse recognition
Training is provided in person at the clients home and at our dedicated training facility, the Steve Glenn Skills Center, named in honor of our founder and his commitment to quality care.

Requirements:
To join our team, caregivers must:
Live in Santa Cruz County
Provide excellent references
Have a clean criminal background
Have a clean driving record (when driving is required)
Be eligible to register as a Home Care Aide with the State of California
