A domestic engineer, Judy remains an active participate in all of her children, and grandchildren’s lives, they are clearly the apple of her eye. Judy later remarried in the late 70’s to John Stenovich. In the 80’s, Judy went into business with three wise women who became collectively known as “The Ladies”. This lead to the purchase of the Capitola Book Cafe, which would go on to inspire lives and educate minds for over 15 years. Judy stays up on current events and believes in engaging the political process. In addition to staying “woke” Judy enjoys playing scrabble with family and friends, pre-COVID, she is a sun worshipper and enjoys any outdoor activity especially walking.
Although many of Judy’s hobbies and interests have been impacted by her Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2014, she would like to thank Safe at Home, Care Coordinator Ellena, and Caregivers for their individualized care. The addition of Safe at Home has both empowered Judy and increased her independence ensuring that this remarkable woman continues to do what she does best and then some.

In April, we partnered with several local businesses to deliver our clients’ favorite meals to them in their homes as our treat. Thank you to all the businesses who partnered with us! |
